    I had called quigley bus transportation after my daughter did not get off the bus at the scheduled time, to ask what had happened. I spoke with ****. She stated the bus has not came yet and was running behind. Time had passed so I called again and they stated they had no idea who my daughter was despite her first, last name and bus # being tapped to the back of her backpack. I called the school who had to radio the driver and then told me she was being driven back to school because he was not on his roster. ****, with quigley bus transportation yelled at me , told me I needed to stop asking so many questions , told me she isnt going to help me anymore , told me she doesnt care , shes more worried about the stress of the adult bus driver over my child. Refused to send me over to management. Told me one will call me back but ***** never called me back even tho I was told 24 hours. ***** is responding to the emails I am CCd to my daughters school. Quigley bus is now ignoring my calls. Was supposed to ask talk to ****** to cmf my daughter was on drivers roster but she still has yet to return my calls. I feel like ** being purposely ignored after being concerned why my daughter was not let off the bus, being lied to and yelled at by the staff. Multiple attempts were made to reach the supervisor, ***** and she is not answering my calls. I am extremely concerned over the treatment when my daughter will be riding their buses home from school. I am Not getting any answers nor assurance that my daughter will be safe going on forward. I am mostly upset about how I was talked to /yelled at by ****.

    ***** finally called me back. She was not nice at all. She actually yelled at me some more. Actually made me feel worse about the situation. Told me her bus drivers had history of pulling kids by their backpack to see their name tags and also have forgotten kids on the bus. Told me I was badgering her because I had worries.When I confronted her about **** being rude and how there was another person in the background on our phone call saying hang up, hang up , ***** admitted that was her telling **** to hang up on me. I had asked **** to speak with a supervisor, why couldnt ***** take my call at that point ? Why was she telling **** to hang up on me ? Why did it take a whole week, after being told 24 hours for ***** to reach back out when she knew I wanted to speak with her ? ***** told me she was going to have **** call and apologize to me but that has not happened. Very unprofessional all around.

    Below is a recap of the incident that occurred sparking this compliant. 

    Bus ** 8/21/2023            

    In the afternoon on the ride home the driver of bus **  radioed in that he had a kindergarten student that didn’t know her last name and also there wasn’t a parent at the stop.  He asked the student her name and all she gave was her middle name.  The office staff advised him to return the student to their elementary school and the office staff called the secretary at ***  ******* Elementary to let her know what was happening.   This student was scheduled to be in the morning kindergarten class but before school started the mother requested that her child be changed to afternoon kindergarten.  This information didn’t get to the driver in time for school to start. 

    The secretary at *** ******* emailed the mother to explain what had happened.   I also  emailed the parent to let her know that I spoke with the driver and that going forward he was aware of the child’s first and last name.
