    1. No contact or PROOF of tank purchase provided (as of October 15th) which owner indicated they would provide for us to "Call Tractor Supply corporate" for resolving an error by Plumber on site.2. Charged initially within expectation after using personal shopvac and Myself to assist in clearing well area for Plumber on site.3. Install immediately began leaking from 16Sep following usage of water and call to same installer stated this "was sweating from tank" which required our personal towels as only way to save tile flooring thru their return on 19th because same installer was "out of town."4. Return Plumber on site immediately stated the tank was bad and should have known since it was a floor model, not boxed. Removed tank and punctured it on front lawn. Left for 2.5 hrs to ******* ****** for replacement one, he indicated was new in box. 5. Told my wife to argue with ** for a refund, which he could not produce record of original purchase. Told us to call office and they'd send it. Because $476 bill was for new install and coming back out to fix what they installed, even tho it was initially bad materials used. Results:Full day work (with my assistance) of clearing well, removing lines. Solo work of calling for parts and being gone until afternoon, returning to solo repair and install well lines, then having assistant show for removing old tank and installing new. Stated "contract price was better than itemized."I personally accepted this as trustworthy to this point.Call about leak led to personally handling floor cleanup thru weekend. Monday return by same tech to remove tank, obtain alternative one and charge for "having to install with different pipe setup"Which all totaled $1872.50 initially and then "fix their errors" for $476, of which he told us repeatedly that this was cost for "cheapest replacement tank" Owner last words "Well. You have water, right?" Still have not received any proof of tank purchase to pursue any ******* ****** disputes
