    I am rejecting this response because:

    Please see the ABOVE ATTACHED REPLY.  Mr. ***** continues to lie about the entire situation, and deny any responsibility for the faulty roof EVEN THOUGH HIS OWN INSURANCE COMPANY DETERMINED IT WAS FAULTY WORK;  neither his insurance nor the subcontractor's insurance will provide us ANY financial compensation;  and our roof, sub-roof, and roof beams have now been revealed to be even more completely compromised than when we filed this BBB complain, in early November (thus he did even more devastating damage to our home than we knew at the time of this filing).  This new information emerged because we were forced to completely replace our roof, FOR A SECOND TIME, paying for a second new roof within 2.5 years--   and the subsequent roofers found shocking further damage to sheathing and roof beams, that frankly defies belief.  Again, please see the ABOVE ATTACHED REPLY, which is more detailed than these few sentences.

    I received an email from my insurance company 01/17/2025 containing the following information:

    Orlando,

    In follow-up to our phone call, we discussed your concern with attempting to rectify the situation with your customers and the fact that your offer to redo the work was declined. 

    I have attached a copy of the partial disclaimer letter dated 9/2/2024 which confirms faulty work was alleged by your customers, there is no coverage for your work (the roof) and the only coverage available is for the resulting water damage in the home. At the time of the letter, *********************** was placed on notice while we were finalizing our liability decision.

    A liability denial was issued, and the claimants were referred to Northfield, the carrier for the roofing contractor, ************************
    Erie insurance was at the residence and took photos. However, there was no expert or engineer assigned since liability rests with the subcontractor, ************************

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This second response from Mr. ***** is immaterial and presents no additional information.  I can report however that we have now had another denial on 1/14/25 from the INSURANCE COMPANY FOR MR. ********************** SUBCONTRACTORS (NORTHFIELD), WHICH HAS DENIED ALL CLAIMS, EVEN FOR THE EXTENSIVE DAMAGE INSIDE OUR HOME.  WE WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED BY ERIE OR ******************** FOR ANYTHING. 

    I am now essentially repeating what we have already communicated in prior exchanges here through BBB.  We will have ZERO reimbursement from either **** or *********************  Again, ********************* and the insurance of the subcontractors he used will not remedy ANY of our devastating financial losses, that are due to his faulty work. 

    As per his claims about his offer to re-do the work, I re-paste the following from the prior reply, that we already submitted:   "As our timeline clearly indicates, on 8/16/24,Mr. ***** said via phone he would replace our entire roof.  Yet the very next day, 8/17/24, he called back and retracted that offer, saying he would only fix a small part of the roof, near the **** boot.  So, he rescinded his offer within 24 hours, to re-do the entire, extremely defective roof." 

    Again, he RESCINDED his offer within 24 hours, thus refusing to take responsibility for the *comprehensively faulty work*, that his own insurance company confirmed was faulty.  I will repeat this crucial fact:  Mr. ******* OWN INSURANCE COMPANY determined that the roof he installed was "faulty work." (That documented information from ************** was sent with our original complaint, in November, 2024).

    Respectfully, there is no further exchange needed here.  Our original timeline details Mr. ******* repeated negligence and deceptive practices.  *************** own insurance company deemed the roof "faulty work."  The situation is clear and undeniable, given the documentation by Mr. ******* own insurance company (****).
