    I got a rehabilitation grant from the county of Beaver he Terry B***** *s one of the counties workers that they approve to give the grant money to fix my roof. My roof was done in 2021 since it was done it has been repaired 10 times, not small pieces of the roof lifted but large pieces of the roof that’s come here . He tried to blame it on bad shingles but the company that he took the shingles to last year called and said they was nailed wrong . Everyone that has looked at the roof says it’s a bad roof job. This contractor says wind damage but it’s not . A new roof is going to cost 7000 I don’t have it that’s why I got the grant to begin with I feel he should at least pay some of the cost if not all he got paid and the roof is only 3 1/2 years old

    refuses to come back and fix my roof now the whole side of the roof needs taken off and a new side needs put on Him to give me the money to hire another roofer to fix my roof, right

    Job was completed on 67-2-2020. We were back in 2021(not sure of date) for 4 or 5 shingles blew off. My roofer Dean's roof took care of that.

    Then in 2022 he went back and did a repair. Liberty Roof in Beaver supply the material. Then in 2023 there was a lot of wind damage. All over the county.

    Again Steve D*** went up and replace shingles. Liberty roof gave us the material and pay the labor. This last time was app 80mph winds in Aliquippa.

    Workmanship is one year. We did repairs till 2023. This was a homeowners claims. Sending final paperwork from Housing Authority.
