      Around March 14th ********************* came to my aunts house (************************* @******************************************************************** ************), to make a new basement door. Texted him March 26th and sent pictures to let him know the doors leaked, he said needs a board at the entrance to seal it off completely. Around April 3rd ***** texted going to your aunts house to fix the doors. (He Did) April 12th Texted him sorry ***** still leaking!! No response from *****. April 22 Asked him what's going on with my aunts doors, he's busy doing a roof on a shed. May 14th I asked what's the status on my aunt. May 20th he texted back I can be out this week. (He's a no show). May 30th I texted him ***** you need to fix the problem at my aunts house. June 7th still no answer. My aunt is a senior 87 years old and is in a wheelchair. She was very pleased with the work that was done and gave him a $200 tip. He was also supposed to come back and seal the doors with a coating. He never came back, and the doors still leak.
