  11/13/2022 Contacted Snakes r Us to come unclog a drain After telling me it was fixed told me to let water run for 15 minutes then left, after checking on the drain my entire laundry was flooded with waste! I contacted them that night and said the technician told him he was worried that would happen! Did not disclose that to me when they left! Said they would come back out and would have to charge more money on top of what we paid! Also the guys that were at my house were very not professional, did not put any drop cloths down left my living room a muddy mess where I was to steam clean it the following day, smoked right out side my door where I had the stench through my house! Worse part I had to take my dog to the vet because he chewed on a razor blade that they left on the floor so that also costed me money for the vet bill!! So in total this cost me over 500.00 did not fix the drain and hurt my dog!!! They did not even give me a contract!

  The information is incorrect, we cleared the drain with the person present on November 15th 2022. She witnessed the drains flowing clear upon completion of the job. The reason for the clog was majority lots of dog hair in the drain but also a wet wipe or dryer sheets mixed with the dog hair. We have photos of this, she was ecstatic upon completion but stated that she will tell her boyfriend it was something other than dog hair so he would not be mad at the dogs. The woman also had on water boots and was in the basement prior and during our visit who was walking throughout her upstairs and made no reference or caring about her floor. We do not carry razor blades for our equipment is all medal and the use of one would make no sense. This customer attempted to reschedule multiple times due to the health of her animals, prior to our arrival. Customer did contact me almost 2 hours later stating the drain was clogged back up at that time we stated we will come back free of charge to re snake the drain but due to what she flushed down there most likely she did so again which clogged the drain. We recommended jetting the line because of how much dog hair and other things we in the drain but that was already after we cleared the clog. I even messaged her stating we would come back to re examine the drain and she re scheduled and then stopped responding to text. At no point after the job or during the job did she state any of the things in the complaint.
