    Aqua Solutions installed my water purifying system about 10 or so years ago. Everything has been fine with it with the owner of the business, *********************, coming over every year to change the water filter. It must be changed annually as it gets dirty. Around April or May I started calling and leaving messages that it was time for a new filter. He would not get back to me. I started messaging him through ******** many times, and he says he will be over to change the filter that takes only a few minutes. He would say he will be over tomorrow or the next day and never gives me a time and never shows up. This week is the 3rd time he wrote he would be over Monday or Tuesday and never gave me a time or showed up. The filter was changed last April 20, 2023. It is now July 11, and it is way OVERDUE. I have tried everything to get a filter change but he won't do it. We have been friends for years, and I don't know why he is doing this to us. Last year he charged me $135.89 to change the filter in a few minutes. I don't know what else to do. I need a NEW FILTER, or the worst have him take it out so we can get something else.

    Our niece was able to research more info about our water system/filter and found the filter that was used in our system on Amazon.  We did not know we could get a filter somewhere else, but now that we have, one has to wonder "why not?" She ordered it from **** and had it sent to us in ***  Hubby and I just got done installing it.  Only one thing gave us a little trouble, but we were then able to do it.  So now we have a NEW water filter. We no long want or need Aqua Solutions to change our water filter. We will no longer have to over pay for anything.  We had been with Aqua Solution for over 14 years, so think of all the money we lost.  I wonder if he does that to everyone?  If this info is sufficient you can close the complaint,  Thank you so much for reaching back to me about all this.  I surely do appreciate it.  Sincerely, ******************************* 7/14/2024/

    September 2023 paid for 10 bags of potassium for water softener system and have not received. Numerous monthly messages on business answering machine have not been returned.
