    September 2022, I visited Beverly Touch of Class with my future In-law family to pick at a tuxedo for a wedding scheduled for December 31, 2022. Upon arrival from out of state, the store was meeting with a customer, we politely waited for approx 45 minutes, continuing to see the store was helping the one customer, we left for lunch to return approx 2 hours later. We were waited on by an older female. She quoted us pricing of a selected tuxedo to rent at a price of $129.95 for adults and pricing of $79.50 for kid tux to purchase. Measurements ensured for those onsite. Arrangements were made for other measurements to be called/emailed in. That all took place. Measurements were then lost Pricing changed with no prior communication resulting in overcharges, with approx 3 weeks until the event. No communication ensue from the store from November 11th until beginning on December 6th, after notification they would follow up with me after the Thanksgiving holiday, which did not happen. Support documentation outlines all communication with business, furthermore justifies the price changes/increase from quotes as well as trying to upsell on purchase of youth tuxedos. Business over charged on the new increased pricing which was said to be refund and never has been to date. Resolution is a refund in the amount of $397.50 which justifies the quoted promised free tux for groom (182.59), The $8.06 over charge from invoicing company, the adjustment of the cost to purchase youth suits at $79.50, credit of $138 for 4 suits and cost adjustment of tux rentals at price of $129.95, $52.64 ea times 4.
