    I specifically told them to fix a certain part that was leaking on my car. They fixed a different one and told me the other one was fine after I got the vehicle back and paid over $2000. The service manager guaranteed me that they fix the leak and that it wasnt going to leak anymore, it wasnt even a day and a half when oil was all over the front of my house and or in the garage that I park out at work with multiple times going back to them. They then told me I would have to pay another thousand dollars to fix the part that I originally wanted them to fix.

    The vehicle came in with a complaint of an oil leak. They had it somewhere else and said the front seal was leaking and we could not verify that because around the seal was dry at the time. The tech looked at the vehicle and found the oil cooler was dripping and was the main leak with oil residue all over the engine. The customer authorized the repair to replace the oil cooler and there was no guarantee that it was the only leak. When the customer came back in with an oil leak concern we verified many other leaks and tried working with the customer on the cost to repair other leaks and customer declined the repair.

    On October 24 I purchased a used vehicle from classic Chevrolet
    I have since been waiting for five months for registration, and I am told repeatedly by the title clerk that they are waiting for the paperwork which they had had a problem within the beginning and returned, and when they check to see status either the states computer is down or they have an issue with their computer
    I called the DMV this morning. Spoke with a gentleman there who informed me that no paperwork had ever been submitted to them for registration of the vehicle.
    I am currently making payments on this vehicle

    To Whom It May Concern,

    In answer to the above refenced complaint, the complaint was addressed and satisfied.  After speaking with *** ******* many times he seemed to understand my frustration with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.  There was an error with the miles on the title and after sending requested documents, there was still a long delay in progress.  PennDot did not send paperwork back and claimed it must have gotten lost in the mail.  I then finally reached out to Pennsylvania Automobile Association and spoke to their title department.  I was then instructed what forms to fill out and I immediately did this and overnighted to them.  They were able to get me a title within two days in which I was then able to complete registration for *** ********  *** ******* does have a current registration for his vehicle.
