    Horrible online casino ! Extremely rude customer service and slot machines are definitely fixed and always have errors literally on every spin . Complete rip off and very discouraging to real people that want to play casino online

    Worst casino around imo. Glitches, spins constantly...extremely tight. Played for 2 weeks straight every day and got absolutely nothing. Hard to get bonuses and when you do they give nothing. I would not recommend this site. There's lots of better more legit ones out there.

    Very rude customer service,They want the business but don't know how to handle certain situations! Their security and staff need better training, I'm a victim of being harassed several times because of my health condition,I often have to speak up for myself because management doesn't know how to handle their job and now I'm banned. I don't care about visiting that casino anymore I JUST WANT JUSTICE!!

    I was racially profiled after leaving the casino, by a security manager named Je**. They falsely pointed me out as a banned patron and involved the state police and other staff surrounding me in the parking lot . I emphasized I wasn’t the reported man they were looking for, the state police officer apologized for the encounter even as he recognized I didn’t fit the person build, facial hair, and distinctly didn’t match the male skin/tone. This was a terrible experience, I proceeded everything in the car and 1 half hours later I tried to file an official complaint at the front desk. The front desk manager directed me to an over hyped security manager by the name of J*ff. The situation was not resolved as he repeated twice I could leave the faculty. I asked for his business card, rather that he wrote his name/work ID on a tore up piece of paper. Terrible customer service, as a patron that comes there often even as recently as last Sunday I felt humiliated. I thought the police encounter would escalate to me getting hurt and not one person staff at Parx felt my concern and disregarded my feelings. I left out the building without any paper work of trying to file a compliant, I followed up with a email to Parx at 11:56pm. To date I’m still waiting on a response from Parx and would like to file a grievance.

    I played $300 worth and got three wins totaling $7.43. Only three winning spins. That doesn’t seem like a 96.25% return rate. There is an error on the machine because that payout rate is not correct. They refuse to take action to give me my money back, or site credit, and they still have the game up. It is ripping off loads of people.

    Supervisors and pit bosses are very racist. Most of them are disrespectful and rude. They cater to the Asian people as if they the only one that's spending and losing money. Myself and whole lot of other people pointed that out, that it seems like only Asian people win and this casino And they are also very rude people and if you have altercation with one of them the casino would take thier side no matter what.

    This casino is 100% a scam trust me. I have screen recordings to prove it. They cheat to give themselves the advantage. I once saw a blackjack dealer win 8 straight hands of blackjack in a row. If you know anything about Blackjack then you would know that the odds of that happening are LESS than 1%.
