    I received a book in the mail that I did not order. No packing slip. Emailed the place after I called and said # was invalid. Got an answer back stating they only did ebooks. By the pkg. **** ** *** ** And by USPS it is from a distribution center out of Atlanta, Ga. I have checked the plCes I order thru and no orders for this book. My concern is how was it paid, the charge and how they got my information. I never been to this site before yesterday. . I have checked my cards and notified them this is a fraudulent charge but it does not answer my privacy concern. I will be more than happy to return their book but still how did they get an order on me! It is concerning so everyone needs to beware of this place.

    Sales order # *********. Manga vol Titled "Magical Girl Spec Ops". Placed order thru *** ****** seller listed as BookShopU, cheap flimsy plastic envelope address has EBooksWeb. Company charged $17.61 for a stained yellowed overstocked marked book. I checked the reviews and see that they aren't very good. *** ***** seems to be an intermediary that uses low quality sellers.

    I received a book in the mail that I did not order from Eboksweb in Bensalem PA. I have called the number from the web two times with no reply *************) to get this handled. I have checked my credit card statements, work credit card statements (as this came to me at work - *********************, Clarence NY  *****). I want to know how this was purchased, if for some reason it was on my credit card/personal accounts, I'd like the money refunded and the book returned COD as it was fraudulent.

    I see that you share packing slip (which we placed inside the delivery package) confirming that buyer received their package. In July, buyer told us that he did not receive the package, as a buyer curtesy we issued 100% refund.

    Better Business Bureau:

    Never once did I dispute that I have not received this product. The complaint and issue is that I NEVER ORDERED THIS PRODUCT! I've never heard of this bookstore. I called numerous times to ask how the order/payment was taken/received to find out if there is credit card fraud that is happening. I left my name and phone number, with no return call even after several attempts to reach them.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. I still want to know how my name and business address was given to this bookstore for obviously a personal book (on football of all things - I don't watch, I don't follow, I wish all football games/players were banned from TV and/or local entertainment venues.) I want to know the method of payment so I can verify the refund as I don't know how this got paid for. Also, I don't use my first initial when I order items.
