    On 4/2/23 *** ********************** arrived at my residence to give me an estimate on installing a Tankless Hot Water system and remove the old tank from the house. We agreed on the sum of $3,900.for this service, though he stated he needed a $2,000. deposit because he was being tasked with picking up the Tankless Unit to be installed. He then pushed for cash because there would be a fee for him cashing a check. I eventually agreed and he wrote a receipt for the deposit showing the total fee for the job, the deposit and the balance with the understanding he would perform the job that Friday 4/7/23 ************************ never showed nor called on 4/7/23. In fact I haven't had any contact with him since the monetary transaction.  Ive tried numerous times to call him but my efforts have always gone unanswered and forwarded to his voicemail. He has basically been ghosting me.********************************* is the Lead contractor on my project and recommended **. ********************** for the installation citing work he previously contracted him for and his satisfaction with the results. He has been as surprised as I and has also has been trying to contact **. **********************i without success. (He has also been leaving messages on **. **********************'s voicemail)I can provide contact information for ****************** to confirm my story and **. **********************s actions statements and promises. I will provide **. **********************'s receipt and the receipts of the last minute replacement Contractor. Please note that Ive also found very similar behavior by **. ********************** on *********
