They made the holes on the ceiling and charged me $4000 without letting me know. My understanding is $1602.42 which is 20% of the insurance payment would cover that without $4000 extra. They send me a check for $2409.67 after $5602.72 that they took from my insurance. They left the ceiling with the open holes and took the money. Can you please help me to get back my $4000.00? I am truly appreciated your help and thank you very much!

We are just the public adjuster on this claim.  We took our agreed upon contingency fee and paid the insured the balance.  The other funds the customer is talking about was paid to the mitigation company for the work they performed.  In the complaint it states that he has a few holes in his ceiling and also got a few thousand dollars.  These funds are to fix his ceiling.

Hot water heater flooded the basement March 2022. Our basement steps were cut next to the wall and never repaired. I contacted ***************************, public adjustor several times to address this and the one time he returned my call was on October 18 @ 2:14 PM. ****** and **** were going to look at the steps to fix them. They also clamed that the steps were not damaged by the water but they were by the contractors that removed the paneling throughout the basement which was connected to the steps. There was no reason to make cuts on perfectly fine steps. I still haven't received money to pay for damaged furniture yet. Everyday if and when they showed up, I took pictures of all of the mistakes and the absolute mess that was left for me to clean.

I unfortunately had a small electrical fire in my house back in November and they followed the fire trucks and convinced me that I should use them to insure my payout from the insurance company to get the repairs done. It was late at night and they did eventually get a payment from the insurance company but they only cleaned and payed money for another company's equipment.. I haven't heard from them since.

    *******,

Thank you for taking my call.  As discussed on the phone, I was at the insured's property June 15th at 12:00 for a secondary inspection with the insurance company.  The insured is disappointed that the carrier has yet to pay for her electrical damage, which I understand.  We do not issue the payments.  We advocate for the carrier to pay what is fair.
