    I am writing to formally file a complaint against ***** ****** and Total Public Adjusting, Inc., located at ***********************************************. Mr. ****** contacted me regarding a potential insurance claim for hail damage to my property, which I initially considered. However, I have since decided not to pursue this claim and no longer wish to be involved in this process.Despite my decision, Mr. ****** has not reached out to my insurance company to officially withdraw the claim. As a result, my insurer still requires action from the public adjuster to formally close this matter. This delay is causing unnecessary complications, and I find it to be an unacceptable business practice.Additionally, I take issue with the way this business operatesspecifically, its approach of proactively seeking claims for damages that property owners may not have even noticed. Encouraging claims in this manner can put unnecessary strain on insurance companies and potentially drive up premiums for policyholders. I believe this practice is misleading and could be harmful to consumers.I am requesting that the BBB review this businesss practices and take any appropriate action necessary to ensure they operate in an ethical and transparent manner. Furthermore, I would like assistance in ensuring that Mr. ****** officially withdraws my claim with the insurance company immediately.Please let me know if any additional information is needed to process this complaint. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter.
