I called the appliance doctor out for a noisy washer. They said the fee was $99 plus parts/labor. So the tech ***** came out and said I needed a new drain pipe, total would be $357. I said ok. After doing laundry the noise was the same. I called, ***** came back out and said that the pump might be bad, he would order a new one. So after a few weeks, he comes back supposedly with a new pump. (and by the way they only listen to the drain cycle) not the entire wash cycle) So noise is same, I called and he comes out 3rd time, same noise. When I called the manager (******) she said, "not sure why but the part is here to be installed, let me call him" then she calls me back and says that he said he had a spare part on the truck. So #1 if he had a spare part on the truck why didn't he just put it in that same day instead of telling me he was going to order another drain pipe. So same noise, nothing has changed. I called 3rd time, he comes out and states that this noise is normal and all washers are noisy. really, so if that was the case #2 why didn't he state that from the beginning and just charge me the $99. Either he doesn't know what he's doing or he just needed to make some extra money. So I called again 4th guy comes out, I asked for someone different, he tried to tell me the noise is normal. But my point is there was nothing wrong with my drain pump from the beginning. So I called today 10 4 24 and talked with ****** she asked me to record the noise, I said no I don't have a recording device, that's so ridiculous. I should have read the reviews before calling them because they don't look good. Now I'm out $357 and still have a noisy washer. If it's normal, they should have said that from the beginning.

On April 12, 2022, a Technician; ***** from Appliance Doctor came to my home to fix a water filter issue. I received a new filter and tried to install it and was unable to. He charged me $100 and the company had on their terms they would subtract the cost of the repair. He was able to reinstall the used filter which was the same as the new filter. It appeared like he couldn't install the new filter but not sure. Then he pulled up a part on the internet that showed "not available" and it didn't show a part but he said it was the housing which was not needed. However on the invoice he put the housing as the diagnosis, since he was already able to install the used filter it couldn't be the housing. ***** never even looked at the housing. So ***** told me to buy a water filter for my sink, since that was the repair he should have reduced the $100 by $70 as per Appliance Doctor's terms but he did not. They should have taken off $25 at the least per Appliance Doctor's Terms and ***** did not. Dispatch Ticket: ****** I left a message with ******* to have the Manager call me back, She promised ****** (Manager) would call me this morning and I never received a phone call.

********** refrigerator had noise coming from back. called appliance dr for repair came out and 1st repairman couldn't figure out what it was and he ordered board. 2 weeks later he came back with wrong board i complained and they sent head tech out. he said it was another board and would be $400. i originally gave them a $200 deposit for total repair. Waited 2 more weeks and repairman came back and still wrong board. very upset and frustrated I am handicapped and can't do any work on refridge. they left and never heard from again. i called and mgr., Mike said they can't get board so they give up. I told him to send my $200 back and he is taking out $100 service fee even if he couldn't fix the job and made 2 mistakes on ordering wrong boards He didn't care that i wanted my $200 as he couldn't complete the job. They just forgot about my job. ********** said they needed to call them to find the correct part, but they didn't. Being handicapped, it is hard to pay all the bills and to waste my $100 is very hard. IF they finished the job, i wouldn't care about the $89, but waited over a month and never did the job which i contracted them to do. the techs were so stupid. I want my full $200 back from their negligence. I also want a formal BBB complaint to be filed for this business. They are unfair to cause aggravation of a handicap person.
