      Company was hired to re-point my house. Upon further inspection of my house they insisted we need more work done on the chimney. We agreed to the work. They cut out mortar in certain spots around my house and failed to fill them all of them in. They only worked on some ground level spots that needed repair. The spots that they did fill in were filled in with their fingers by an inexperienced teenager. The company was called to request to speak to the owner. The owner arrived at my home and only spoke to the Forman( his son).Requested cash to get a cherry picker to help tear down the chimney. No cherry picker was used, they had one ladder, and asked to use our ladder as well. The work done on the chimney was incomplete. The top of the chimney has no mortar between the bricks. The company was called again the next morning and the Owner of the company said that he would call back, the Forman knocked on the door to talk. The scope of the work that was expected was discussed. It was brought to their attention that there were spots on the second level that need attention. The Forman said they will not do that. And said decided that they will just finish out the day.
