    This is the second time that I have used All Drains Plumbing. I have rental properties and there is always a plumbing problem. The first time I used him, I knew that I had my new plumber. Joe came out late afternoon on a Friday and snaked a very difficult sewer that runs underneath the house. He cleaned up and advised the tenants on proper things to do so that a problem did not occur again. He was so pleasant, professional, and very detail oriented. He's the type of guy that just has to do a great job. It's not in him to do anything but his best.
    He just did another sewer for me. I thought it would be a simple snake clean out, but it turned out that it was a much bigger problem. When the house was built in 1946, they installed the sewer with a very sharp 90 degree angle with no clean out. He had to dig down 4 feet, cut out the problem area and re- do it so that it wouldn't happen again. Plus, he installed a clean out. He did all of this at a very reasonable price. Since it is a very old cast iron pipe, I have been worried about cracks and breaks for a while. I asked him about insurance and he went out of his way to get me names and even an adjuster that could further advise me.
    Being in the rental business, I have been through a lot of plumbers (good and bad), Joe is the BEST I have ever used. He is very punctual, professional, explains everything in detail, and makes absolutely sure that everything is perfect before he leaves. And he does all of this at a very reasonable price. You will never be disappointed with Joe at All Drains Plumbing.
