    I hire this company for helping with home insurance company.the company paid them and they are holding my money. Ithey have issues some money but not all while my home items are in storage . I'm paying for this its been months tried contacting adjustrtono avail. I want my Money. its been months. I need Help.

    Hello,

    I spoke to ******** ******* after this was submitted and she asked that I send her copies of all of the checks that Hillis mailed to her as she doesn't remember what she received. We handled two claims for ********, one for wind damage from 7/5/2024 and one for water damage from 9/9/2024. 

    Attached is a breakdown of payments for 7/5/24 showing that ******** received a total of $4,171.24 which was mailed in two payments. One payment for $3,133.19 which has cleared and another payment for $1,038.05 which has cleared.

     

    The second claim for 9/9/24 shows in the attached breakdown of payments that ******** received a total of $23,396.59 which was mailed in 3 payments. One payment for $16,501.73 which has cleared, another payment for $2,074.79 which has cleared and the last one for $4,820.07 which has clearned. The total of those payments is $23,396.59.  

     

    All of the money that Hillis has received from **** has been paid out to the insured.  The only outstanding item on the 9/9/24  claim is a recoverable depreciation that **** is holding on the contents. I explained to ******** that in order to recover the depreciation on those items she needs to send in reciepts for the content items she has replaced.
