I had storm damage in April and a neighbor suggested I use a public adjuster and even recommended this company. This was the biggest mistake that I made. Paul Speiser and his team moved hastily to get my business but doing the absolute minimum to keep it. If not for me checking in regularly, I would get absolutely no feedback. In fact, the only time he responds is when I complain about the progress they’re making. This is when he sends another email to someone that never I should responds. And because I signed with this company, the insurance company won’t talk to me so I’m basically in limbo. It’s been over four months and I haven’t gotten what I’m owed. This company has definitely dropped the ball and I cannot give a recommendation. In addition to them not being responsive, they’ve had the wrong claim number. The emails that are sent aren’t professionally written and have grammatical errors. They don’t have a business logo or signature. In my opinion, I could’ve done this on my own, and got results sooner. These people are guaranteed 20% regardless of what they do so far as I’m concerned there’s no reason for them to work hard because they’re going to get the money anyway. Whatever you do, do not use this company because the other person I referred is having the same issue. I should also mention that initially, Paul wasn’t going to even be present when the adjuster from Progressive came. After I complained, he rescheduled to a day that he’d be able to meet with them. SMH I almost forgot, Paul is always on vacation or out and “will respond next week.” He’s been out more times these last four months than I’ve changed my sheets lol joking. As of 11/16 they never sent me a bill. They asked me to post date a check which I refused to do and now they’re trying to bully me by refusing to sign the check.

In regards to Public Adjuster Associates using the wrong mortgage number, she is the one that provided us with the incorrect mortgage number. We took her mortgage number off the declaration pages that were provided to us by her when she signed our contract on April 7, 2023. As stated in our contact, Public Adjuster is due its fee when a draft is issued by the insurance company. She received a check from the insurance company on June 30, 2023, which she deposited into her personal account. We still have not received our first payment from her. She signed and notarized the invoice on June 30, 2023, which she would have acknowledged that this payment was due. As a results, PAA is not willing to endorse the check she has for her to deposit. Pursuant to Public Adjusters Associates policy, we will deposit the check into PAA's account and disburse to fund through our office like stated in the singed contract.
