    on 12/22/2022, i placed an order (totaling $15.92) from *********************************************************************************** after i received the order, and because there was absolutely no contact information on my order confirmation, i submitted a contact form--again via **************************************************************************. that contact form is also attached, explaining the issues i'd had with the ordering process and the contents of the order themselves. i requested a full refund. i received a response from *************************** (Administrative Assistant/ Onboarding Coordinator), and i was told that my refund would be processed once they determined which franchisee had fulfilled my order.despite many requests over the past three weeks, SOFT PRETZEL FRANCHISE SYSTEMS, **** has yet to tell me which franchise fulfilled the order, nor have they processed my refund. despite writing to the Vice President of Finance/IT who is "tasked to incorporate technology and innovation" to "leverage integration, mobility, POS, web services, and overall automation to provide huge value to both our internal and external customers", and to the president of the company, i have yet to receive a sufficient response or a refund.you'll notice that my initial contact submission on 12/22/2022 also referenced the lack of clear communication provided during the ordering process--a bad business practice in and of itself.

    i (eventually) received the refund check.

    i notice that the business made no reference to the poor customer service they had provided, nor the immense amount of time and energy i had to spend in order to get a simple refund.
