    Received a random bill for $498.81 for an ad we didn't place. Tried calling their 800 number but it goes straight to a recording from a foreign voice stating that "this number can't be reached from my location".

    I received this statement in the mail from Yellow Business Book from Bensalem, PA with charges showing I owe $498.86. I did not ask or sign up to be put in the yellow book. I feel this is a fraudulent letter. Please look into this as I see many complaints have been made in regards to this!

    Received an invoice 6-27-23 for $489.86 for "web profile listing" for one year. We have not agreed to services from this company and do not plan to pay the invoice. When trying to contact the business phone, it states to "continue holding" and then states "sorry you are experiencing problems" and disconnects. Unable to reach this company and believe it is a scam.

    I received an invoice from a company I have no interaction with. I see from other complaints that this company appears to make fraudulent invoices. I want to insure this invoice is canceled and that the company is dealt with. The company is a "Yellow Business Book" based out of **. I do not own a business. I am Active Duty military. I do not need any service this company alledgedly provides. I am not sure how this business got my information in the first place. The invoice list a bill payment of $489.86. It also list interest for non payment. Again, I have never been contacted or spoken to anyone at this business. The contact number listed on the invoice only goes to voicemail. There are other comanies and individuals who have had similar issues with this business.

    Received a bill from a company known as Yellow Business Book, ****************************, Bensalem PA ****** for $498.86. We never authorized any advertisement for we have no need to advertise. We are a municipality and this was one of our fire departments and do not advertise for business. When calling the number listed on bill you get a voicemail only. Invoice number on bill ***************** Account number on bill **********. Seems with the number of complaints someone could do something to shut them down for fraud and even mail fraud.
