    Super Trans is beneath contempt: This is a review of shuttle service from Newark EWR to Philadelphia. A family member was flying from Singapore arriving early in the morning so I intentionally called the company to confirm that Super Trans would have shuttle service at the time of his arrival. Not only did this company verbally misrepresent that they would pick him up at Newark shortly after his arrival early Monday morning, they specifically instructed him to call from the baggage claim so that they could instruct him on where to meet the shuttle. When he called, he received a recorded voice message saying to call back later - after a 19-hour flight from Asia. He had to wait for three hours before boarding the shuttle then had to change shuttles somewhere outside of Philadelphia for the final ride to a nearby hotel - no, they do not drive passengers home, even if it is 5 minutes away. Nobody should patronize Super Trans: Instead take the New Jersey Transit train to Trenton then cross the platform for the SEPTA train to Philadelphia, take a taxi from there. In retrospect, taking an Uber would have been better, hardly worth waiting three hours for abysmal service. The bar for airport shuttles in the U.S. is already low; for Super Trans, the bar is subterranean. Look at the other reviews on Yelp, Trip Advisor, etc: All one star - that alone indicates an abysmally low quality of service - and if you call, they outright lie to you. SuperTrans needs to be shut down - permanently, with immediate effect.
