    Hello. Im reaching out because I have an issue with my air conditioning unit. I purchased this unit on 5/20/2020. I received a 5 year parts warranty and 2 year labor warranty at that time. On September 8 I came home one night and noticed my unit was blowing warm air my thermostat said 77. I reached out through my home warranty company they sent a company out. I reached out via ******** messenger to J and J and he explained its possibly a filter which was dirty I switched it out and noticed somewhat of a difference but then again it acted up. At that time I had my home warranty setup for a contractor to diagnose the problem. They diagnosed an issue with the evaporator coil and txv valve need changed. They said it would be 1700.00$ to fix. I dont have that. I forgot what my warranty coverage was and I noticed I have a five year parts warranty. I just wanted them to honor it come out and look at it. I get no date of when someone can come out or anything all games being played. I will pay for whatever parts wouldnt be covered under warranty I dont mind. Just want them to honor the warranty I was given.

    Wanted to add I contacted the business he said he would be out and never contacted me. I reached out last week said can you stop by this week no contact again. They refuse to honor the warranty.

    Entire situation is detailed in attached document please open that for all documentation and communication.

    Installed: We had a whole new furnace/AC unit installed on October 25, 2022. Rheem 95% Efficient 85,000 BTU Furnace, Rheem 3 Ton 16 seer AC Unit, New Filter Boot, New Media Air Filter: $8,250

    Issue discovered: March 30, 2023, I noticed water damage to my wood flooring outside of the closet the furnace unit is housed in. Upon inspecting the floor and unit, I realized that the exhaust pipe within the top of the unit had 4 brackets that had not been tightened, causing the condensation being pooled inside the pipe to leak out down through the entire unit, rusting as it went for 5 months and ruining the floor outside of the unit.

    At this point, we want a replacement furnace and damage to the floor fixed.
