    we purchased the equipment on April 12th 2023 we were told that Becker has our eqquipment and will deliver it. Becker will not return phone calls ans has not delivered our eqquipment We are a restaurant and we must have this equipment to stay opennt April 11

    We are a sub-contractor to the company that this customer purchased the equipment from. When they purchase the equipment, they are informed that we will receive it, and then deliver it when our SCHEDULE ALLOWS. Unfortunately, that does not always meet the customers requested timeline. These customers are NOT to contact us in the first place, as they are not OUR customers, but the equipment dealers from where they purchased the equipment. Therefore, no, no phone calls were returned.
