  Had 12 windows installed 10 years ago. At least one window has required attention every year. Many years it was up to 3 windows that required attention. Tom O***** ** recently sold the business to Bob, window tech and long time employee. Bob the new owner came out in May to assess 4 windows.
  Bob told me on May 19th it would be 2-6 weeks for new windows and parts for the 4 windows to be procured. Contacted Bob in July and again in September. Bob never followed up. Blamed me for not following up with him after he told me the parts would finally be in early September.
  Bob finally came back out today October 6th to fix the 4 windows. He was getting ready to leave when I brought to his attention he hadn't properly fixed one of the windows. He proceeded to tell me " he didn't need to service my windows" and "he was doing me a favor" .
  Blamed the previous owner for installing cheap windows. Worst customer service experience ever. He got loud in my house. He is not a professional. This is not the Delaware Valley Aluminum that people have trusted since 1954. Bob , the new owner, is a long time employee who is rude, unresponsive and blames the customer. One window won't go all the way up AFTER Bob FIXED IT. Disgraceful. I would look elsewhere. This is not a business you want to trust with your most valuable asset.
  You can see his work vehicle in my driveway. He didn't even inform me that he was unable to properly fix the window. He was just going to leave. I had unfortunately experienced his poor skills and craftsmanship when Bob was just an employee, so I knew I had to check the work prior to him leaving my home.
  Do not trust this business with your most valuable asset.

  To respond to Mr. J****'s complaint: We've been a member for decades, have no or a few complaints that I Know of.. I have been a Tech for D.V. A.C. for over thirty years. Never had A problem with any of my customers. I fixed his windows and when I was leaving he had me come up to look at one widow that didn't go up all the way. It was about an inch lower than the one next to it. I tried to tell him way it didn't go all the way up was do to the way the new balancer had to go in.
  He started to get upset and won't let me tell him the reason, and kept yelling at me about how long he waited for the repair. Mr. J**** started to get abusive with me so I left. He followed me outside with continue verbal abuse so I told him not to call us for any more service and to call the manufacturer
