      On 3/16/2025 I had a rotten tree from my yard fall onto my picnic table, grill and my 2000 **** mustang. I rent the land my home is on. We contacted the owner of the trailer court, and he informed us that he has no intentions of reimbursement for the damages from the tree. As the owner of the trailer park, I believe it is his responsibility to file a claim with his property insurance. All correspondence has resulted in nothing being done. I would just like my car repaired and the ruined items replaced

      I live in a mobile home park and it was recent taken over by ARX Communities. I have a huge hole in my backyard that was dug 6 months ago to do electrical work. The hole was never fixed and it is a huge liability to them. I call them multiple times a day and leave messages and no one ever gets back to me. I have called the maintenance emergency line, without ever hearing back from anyone. The guy I have sent pics and talked to previously never gives maintenance my messages(told to me by ****, the manager of maintenance). His name is **** and when I ask him to speak with a manager or supervisor he claims he doesnt know who that would be..I need help in having someone come out to my property in regards to this huge hole in my backyard.Thank you

      On February 29,2024 I mailed my rent check to the ************, ** address. On March 11,2024 I received a phone call from the rent manager stating they never received the check. I said I would call back the next day to see if they received it, he said no and so I dont get charged a late fee I should make the payment with him & to stop payment on the check, which I did, but they had already deposited my check in the bank, so the stop payment didnt go through. This caused me an overdraft fee as well as not having money for my bills. This is the second time they did this to me, the first time was in July. This is supposed to be the rent management, how can he possibly NOT know when they receive and cash a rent check?! When I call to ask for a refund Im spoken to like this is my fault and hung up on. They closed the on-site management office so its difficult to get help and this is a very poor way to run a business. It boggles my mind how they can receive and cash your rent check and call to say they never received it ~ not once but twice. They have left me with an overdraft fee and short the rest of the month. I would think twice about moving into one of these communities.

      When water main repairs where being done they cause massive water surges through entire mobile home park causing many home leaks mine was one with a 900$ water bill from arx I connot afford there mistakes and refuse to pay that there is others with same issue they have ignored my emails and have not responded.

      I'm a disabled individual and I live in a Mobile home park. A few days ago the maintenance office was informed that they had a water leak due to broken pipes. And because of this and then turning the water on and off a number of times. Caused my pipe to break at my hot water heater. I a disabled person was given till the end of the day Friday November 3 to fix it or they will end up shutting it off.. I can't be with out running water. They will not help me to fix the problem. And I have tried getting help through ****, CEO and other places.. but no one will help me..
