    guaranteed title was clean released funds prior to close of escrow with the guarantee a title search was conducted and was clean.title default then discovered.title default was witheld, and munipulated as being the other modular, not the one we payed ********* for cash.2 days to close of escrow they tell us that its the main modular, their error wasthat this person, the seller not only had a defect, she couldn't sell it due to being unregistered ever with hud. the legal owner was infact manufacturer., 2nd modular was also un registered, as well.recorded deed wrong, our vesting instructions provided directions they did not follow. have been calling for over 4 years, they wont speak to me, they also asked us to handle outside of escrow the personal property being purchased, wrote the demand for the ********* be returned. demand letter ignored.demand to cancel sale and return of all funds , was also ignored, and still is being ignored.
