      Asked months ago for warranty to be honored and crack in tub to be repaired. Since then the whole side of the tub has cracked, chipped and peeled. They reporcelained my tub, and the work did not last a year. I am expecting a baby and need the work they did incorrectly to be repaired. They blame it on me, said I used a ****. I use a **** to bath my dog for an hour 1 time. I keep being told that they will get it when they get work out here. That has been 3 months ago.

      I hired Pittsburgh Bathtub Refinishing (2400 Oxford Dr. Bethel Park, PA 15102) to reglaze my bathtub on October 3, 2023. (See attached invoice). The owner, Mark D******, required a cash payment of $1200 and offered a one year warranty. His "technician", also named Mark, a very nice gentleman, had to return in a few weeks to repair peeling paint. In 2024 (see photos), I called the company multiple times at 3 different numbers, ###-###-####; ###-###-####; ###-###-####, and received the same message;
      Owner Mark D******, never returned my calls and has essentially not honored his warranty, which still has two months on it. I seriously regret that I have used his company because I have since learned that his rate/fee is very high and his warranty is very low. * Other companies doing the same work charge $500 and offer a 5 year warranty. Mr. D****** Leaves me no option but to initiate a prosecution in Pittsburgh District Court No.05-2-35

       Work was done on August 28,2023. No problem with workmanship.
      The technician took my check and said the owner would send me a copy of the invoice, I waited
      two days and called him. His excuse was he did not have my email address which I gave him.
      On September 5 I called again, he said it would be done that day.
