      If there was a rating less than 1, I would give it. I have called the office numerous times concerning an overpayment due to a change in treatment. I get no call backs from the office "manager" or the billing staff, no claims have been filed with my insurance so I can't appeal the claim and we are basically in a limbo. The irony of this whole thing is that I do dental billing as my vocation and I know what I am talking about. The staff, with the exception of the front desk person is very polite but they owe us money or need to explain what treatment they did that we are unaware of. This needs to be resolved or I will escalate the complaint. I wouldn't recommend them due to their billing practices.

      I have read some of the reviews, but still decided to go this office (for insurance reasons) but I've had a very positive experience

      Since 2020 my wife and I have experienced unethical practices including over charging, charging for services covered by insurance, performing questionable needed services, not submitting claims to insurance and submitting false claims. Which were verified by our insurance provider. After contacting the provider numerous times since April 2023, we have not received any response or remedy. Please see extensive Yelp and ****** reviews as this a continual pattern with this provider. Do not use them.

      My review is zero do not go to this Emerett dental rip off I called for a refund and they didnt post my refund. I will file a law suite for pain and suffering because I left without recieving any dental work except dental x ray and teeth molds charged me $3279.00 and wont refund my money, I told finance manager I would pay what I owe them but no call back and no refund
