I placed my original inquiry w/AGR on 10/26/24.On 10/28/24, **** from AGR assessed. I agreed to put down ($500).I liked is that they would send out guys to blow debris off the gutter guards as necessary.10/29/24, roofer came to start the work. He did not finish the job - 10/29/24 (which was fine), however, he & a co-worker finished the job - 10/30/24.10/30/24, I paid the remaining balance ($1000). I was looking to have a diverter installed in the front due to some concerns I had. **** was going to get ***** to come out soon to install. I was never given a timeline this was via txt. As of 5/20/2025, I still do not have a diverter installed.Ive had to pay $300 to a 3rd party to get my leaf gutters cleaned from the debris piling up on them.Months pass by and I had noticed water leaking / dripping from the bottoms of the gutters from almost end to end / in the front and back of the house. At times the water is a very heavy drip AND keeps the water very close to the houses foundation (quite the opposite of what it should be doing). This was NOT a problem until after the leaf guards were installed.1/5/2025, I formally report this item to **** via txt and **** promptly responds to send somebody out to evaluate the problem. That was my last time ever hearing from ****.5/13/2025, I called AGR about getting someone to come over to blow the leaves (debris) from on top of the leaf guards. I called AGR left a VM and nobody had ever called me back. 5/20/2025, I called again as well as leaving a VM for someone to address the debris problem that I have on top of my gutter ********* seeking $900 credit off my total bill of $1500 in addition to the fixes and coverage I paid for and is a part of the coverage, time wasted trying to chase a resolution, paid out of pocket for a 3rd party to clear debris was that was supposed to be built into my purchase of the gutter cover system by AGR. I want companies to be held responsible and not to think they can do this to anyone.

We appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions regarding the scope of work or contractual details, please feel free to contact us.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I've highlighted text messages w/the person in charge of the project. Each time they told me someone would be out. Nobody ever came out. Not at any point did someone hand me a contract or say that these requests were out of contract (see attachments).

**** told me it's a service that they do and will come pout and blow the leaves/debris off.

Again, IN the txt messag'ing - I address the concerns that I had since the leaf covers were installed AND the diverter. **** - person in charge tells me he'll send someone out.

I want to see a copy of this contract I so signed. I never signed anything - they never gave a contract, only payment.

    Regards,

    Dear *******,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns.
Please find the contract attached to this message for your reference. This contract outlines the scope of work that was agreed upon and included in the service we provided.
We understand there may have been some confusion regarding additional services discussed via text messages. To clarify, the leaf and debris removal service or any other service mentioned by our team member, ****, is indeed something we offer, but it is not included in the standard contract and would incur an additional charge. We sincerely apologize if this was not communicated clearly at the time.
We appreciate your business and value the opportunity to clarify and resolve any misunderstandings. If you have any further questions after reviewing the contract, please dont hesitate to reach out.
    Best regards,

Ok, so I understand for two matters that I was led to believe something and was not the case - **** was going to throw the diverter in as I imagine the price was insignificant and thought he was doing me a favor. I guess not. As well as clearing off debris from the tops of the leaf guards.

What about the issue that I have w/the water dripping the way it is SINCE I had the work done? What am I missing w/this? I raised this in January and it's still happening w/the rain.

3 times **** said he was going to do something and I'm getting ****** ignorance or confusion every time.

I understand that **** is no longer w/the company. Sadly, I know dont have a leg to stand on.

However, you are aware of the outstanding problem that since the gutters ******* were installed, when it rains, all of the heavy drips just drip off the bottom of the gutter. I would like someone from the company to check that out. Yes, I told **** back in Jan and before. The problem still exists. Since this happened im getting tons of water sitting close to the house, too close.

How can I send the videos of showing whats going on?

    Regards,

Last spring Anything Gutters and Roof replaced my roof. I financed my balance after home owners insurance which I am still paying on. However, included in my agreed on estimate AGR was to replace a hole in the siding of my house as it was included in weather damage. Everytime I called the contact I went through, ***, he said that part was out of stock. It is now a year later, *** will not return my messages and *** no longer works for the company as I also reached out to him directly. If they will not finish the job I would like a portion of my total refunded as I am paying for a service I never received. I am willing to file a law suit if needed.
