  We reached out to Kitchens by Dial based on a recommendation. Unfortunately, our experience was far from positive.****, the owner, came out to discuss our project but spent most of the time on personal stories and criticizing competitors. He had a one-sided approach, telling us what we should want instead of listening. He also pushed back on all of our preferences, like wanting a larger sink and different cabinet ********** his showroom, he was extremely intense. Throughout the meeting, he loudly slammed his hands on cabinets to prove their quality and became frustrated whenever I asked a question.When we discussed sink size, he refused to answer and told me to ask the granite installers. I pressed for clarity, and he became visibly angry, eventually calling me f***ing stupid and abruptly ending the ********** I gathered my things, he snatched up his drawings and started slamming granite samples together while continuing to berate me. I stayed calm and told him that while I respected that he was older than me, that didnt give him the right to speak to me that way. The moment I said that, his anger escalatedhis face turned red with rage, and he suddenly came at me as if he was about to attack. I backed away and headed for the door because I had no interest in dealing with someone acting so unhinged. I walked outside to remove myself from the situation, but he wasnt done. He followed me out, still shouting, and as I was heading to my truck, he aggressively moved toward me, getting within inches of my face while continuing to spew vulgar remarks. At that point, it was clear he had completely lost control, and I wasnt going to waste any more energy engaging with his outburst. He finally turned back inside when I was almost at my truck, still yelling as he went.Needless to say, we wont be using this company. His behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and unsettling. Quality aside, the experience isnt worth it.

  Prior satisfied customer referred this couple to get a kitchen estimate.  I went to there home twice for consultation & measurement.  I was polite and professional.  We made an appointment for the husband and wife to come to my showroom.  The husband came alone and we went over drawings and products.  He mentioned things he did as a "do it yourself" person.  He was adamant on his way that made me think I should pass on the job... and when we started talking pricing he told me he has two other estimates.  I politely told him he should take one of the two estimates that he received.  He got seriously agitated, push back his chair and said "I know you are old" and some other choice words.  I asked him to leave and a few more words were exchanged outside.  His last words were "You're going to be sorry".  He and his wife and friends have been slamming me on ************ and now here ever since. This is beyond giving a "review" - it is a personal attack... attacking my business, my character and my age.
