      I order and cancelled service same day which was February 11th, 2023. *********** acknowledged I had changed my mind.Imagine my surprise when my cameras alert me that he is in my yard today, March 1, 2023.Shortly after the camera alerted me, he called my phone to tell me he was at my house and had cleaned my yard. I agreed to pay him of course but reminded him I did not want service.When my husband looked in the yard, there were five piles of dog waste that had not been picked up. He called *********** and told him to stay off our property.Very odd experience.

      I cannot believe this guy is still operating a business. Charged me more weekly than he originally stated. Didn't show up half the time and still charged me full price. My husband called him directly mid-August to cancel his services and we paid him through August. Shows up at my door today, 10/21/2022, and hands me a bill for $162.64. I said to him, "my husband called you in August and cancelled." He said, "no he didn't, I didn't get any phone call." PLUS, he hasn't been here to do any clean up since we cancelled, even though we paid through August. So my husband calls him immediately and said he called and cancelled. And he hasn't been here since. The owner told him he didn't leave any notice that he was there because the mailman complained that he was leaving notes behind. So my husband asks him, why didn't you call me and let me know this? He once again gave some lame excuse that "his assistant should have called, but I guess she dropped the ball." Clearly, he is taking hard earned money illegally and needs to be shut down.

      The customer got weekly service even when she did not pay her bill. We never charged her a late fee. Her husband never called or notified us by mail. If you don't pay you bill which she got monthly you don't get service. My company does not do charity work. She has alot of nerve bad mouthing my company when she doesn't pay her bills on time. Also she didn't mention the letter stating her service was going to be suspended for lack of payment.
