  The leads where listed and they denied a refund on one. Not a refund but a credit to buy their leads. The gave me another credit. So I use all of the credit to buy another lead, she told me its listed and to contact the listing agent.Asked for another credit but was denied. Advised to buy more leads and we will give you credit. Don't waste your money on this company.

  they changed the price on me way after i paid and then they said they told me about the extra 100 per lead ....when i told flip that i signed up for 10 at 200 a pop he said they are no able to ***** their service agreement bad business here

  No actual leads provided, service not as described. They promised the moon until I paid, then the promises of "distressed leads" turned into just "off market" leads. I wasted a lot of time and money on their "leads." Most leads never answered, responded etc, some were frustrated that I called them stating that they had not signed up for any calls etc. Asked for a refund as service was not delivered as described and they assured me that it had been.

  I requested to Motivated Leads customer executive person to work our websites. Really I got result from them good content, image optimize and everything awesome. My site received good ranking.
