    I visited Dr. C**** about a foot problem, he initially told me "There is nothing that can be done to fix the issue", I later visited him again on 4-29-2022, because the issue had gotten much worse, at this point, the doctor decided custom orthotics would be the way to go. I asked why was it not an option when I saw him previously and he had no response. Tara measured my foot and directed me to contact my insurance co to determine coverage of up to $500, the insurance co would not accept a code from patients, so I had to keep calling and leaving messages for Tara, It took the doctor's office about 2 weeks to call the insurance company to verify 100% coverage, verification was only completed after I went to the office, since no one was returning my calls. I spoke to Christine, the office mgr. Even though they confirmed 100% coverage, they asked for a deposit of $100, see attachment, so having no choice, I gave my card information on 5/12/2022. The inserts came early June, I went into the office to pick them up, Dr. C**** never indicated I would need a particular type of shoe, immediately upon seeing me, he said " those shoes won't work" I inquired about my refund and was told, after they receive insurance payment, it would be refunded. The inserts are not helpful at all, so I went back in about 10 days later and Dr. C**** said I need to give it about 30 days and if necessary, he can return them. I was in the hospital and could not return within the 30-day timeframe. Honestly, I did not feel he was trying to understand or help me, and the inserts seem to be more of a money grab, especially since he had not previously mentioned them, I inquired about surgery (clipping the tendon Flexer) he told me " I don't do that" I inquired about my $100 deposit again and was told a check would be mailed to me. It has been months since they got paid from the insurance company and they are holding my money hostage and earning interest on it. I want my refund winterest and an apology
