    This is my own blood. My grandfather, this is to anyone who gives him *****, ***'t do it!!!! I was doing a rent to own as well until he refused to fix my leaking roof, rotting siding, and my floor coming up. The bug infestation was awful at every apartment of his not to mention there's always issues with plumbing. And expected me to pay full months rent... My first apartment that belonged to him had sink water coming through the shower drain. He preys on poor people who need his help. I repeat you do not need his help. He will only take your money and will do anything to make himself look better. He has too many friends in the system to help him. He will give you cars that don't even have functioning brakes. Safety is not his priority everyone. I have heard of limos having laundry lists of issues that could result in death. Good luck ***** and ***** but this is my truth, you have ruined your relationship with your grand daughter and exposing is my only goal now.

    ***** ***** ****** and will not do anything to help you after the fact He also scams MANY families with rent to own lies, then sells from underneath them He lies He manipulates He preys on people with bad credit and takes advantage of them I BEG you to never ever give this man a single dollar
