    Date of transaction: 09-09-2022 Amount: $1045.80 Order Number: 39-35891/PHI Event: ***************************************** Holiday Concert Date: Friday, December 16, 2022 I am requesting a full refund due to a serious medical diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma and secondary osseous metastatic bone (spine). I was admitted to the hospital 12-10-2022 for spinal cord compression and temporary paralysis. I was discharged from the house to rehabilitation last week, and I am bedridden and facing radiation and chemotherapy. I am asking to be shown compassion due to this serious diagnosis that is out of my control for the refund of my tickets. If needed, I am able to provide medical records upon your request. I sent a request to the ***************Event Center Box Office in December 2022 and received no response. I later submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and received the attached letter from ******************** LLC d/b/a ******************** (***) that the Event Center is leased from *** and is wholly operated by Vision Entertainment (Vision) and all requests for reimbursement must be made directly through ************, Vision, or the Event Center Box Office. I’s submitted another refund request via Ticketmaster and per their response they are reaching out to the Event Organizer, I am also reaching out to you the Event Center Box Office, but I am unable to find information on Vision Entertainment (Vision). This diagnosis has been life changing and again I am asking to be shown compassion due to this serious diagnosis that is out of my control for the refund of my tickets. If needed, I am able to provide medical records upon your request. Sincerely,*************************
