    Many years ago I had a very bad experience during COVID,, wrote a ****** review and **. * called me and apologized. That was beyond touching. This past spring I had to return because of a *************. **. * took the time to evaluate it and suggested that I needed a crown. This caused great dread as I've been sexually abused and anything oral is triggering. I had to return to see a different ** *** does crowns. The appointment was traumatizing. The discomfort and sensory overload was stifling. I got a temporary crown,, knowing that I had to go back yet again. I dreaded another appointment with him yet just wanted to be done. I was supposed to get the permanent crown today and the crown ** wasn't there so the ** I liked saw me and was very reassuring and said I'd be leaving with my new crown. However,, after 1 1/2 hours (it was supposed to be ***** minutes) he said that I'd have to go back yet again because he "didn't want to sign his name to another persons art. " he didn't say goodbye and now I have to pay more **** fees and prepare physically and mentally for more discomfort. And it still might not be done, if today ** adjusted it too much, the crown ** will have to start from scratch. It's ridiculous. And traumatizing.
