    Auctioneer, AKA Top Notch Estate sales Co., is lying to have send a check from an auction proceed that, **** ( owner of the business) , when contacted by email, she has told me that check has been mail.

    Business was hired for estate sale at my parents house October 2022. I have not received payment or documentation of items sold, cash total, etc. I have contacted her multiple times via phone and email without any contact or action from her. I am trying to close out an estate. It is deplorable that a business would prey on people mourning a loss and keep ALL of the proceeds. I am demanding a list of items sold and the cash due my Moms estate.

    We had an estate sale at our house as we were selling our house. We contracted with Top-Notch Estate Sales to sell furniture and home furnishings. We signed a contract where Top Notch Estate Sales (owner, ***********************) would receive 38% of the proceeds and we would receive the other 62% ($6,999). Sale was Dec 10th and 11th with final pickups at the house on Dec 17th. We were to receive a sales proceeds sheet and the check 15 days after Dec 17th. We had to repeatedly ask her for the sales proceeds chart, as well as our check. She sent the chart much later than expected, but never sent the check that was owed us. We repeatedly texted her and called her, with minimal correspondence from her. Never mention of when the check would be delivered.
