East Penns sanitation truck leaked a large amount of hydraulic fluid/ antifreeze in front of my beautiful house. I live in ***************** ********. The stain is approximately 20 feet by 20 feet and is trailed all the way down the road. What an eyesore ! They did not bother to clean it up after several attempts to call them. They keep putting me off. Very irresponsible company. Dont use them. They dont care about the mess they leave in front of your home.

Truly a “Garbage” company! I have used this company for about 2.5 years. Once in the past, they double charged me but it was pretty quickly fixed once I told them about the issue. Last week I noticed a double charge going through on my bank account AGAIN. I called and told them about it, they claimed only one charge would go through. Nope, both charges went through. I called back several more times and either got a voicemail with no reply, or got brushed off that it was their bank’s fault and not their fault and it would be fixed. I’m sorry that your bank messed up, but I am the customer and it’s not fair that I’ve been charged twice (an extra $74) and you don’t have the decency to refund me and fix it. An entire WEEK went by and still no refund. I called again today and Andrea told me that I should be refunded by the end of this week, which would make it almost 2 WEEKS since I first noticed the problem. WHAT business establishment thinks it’s okay to just hold onto your money, that was double-charged inappropriately, for 2 WEEKS like it’s no big deal? It’s not even the money, it’s the nasty attitude and the principle of the matter. Supposedly it’s their bank’s fault, but as a business their priority should be to make it right for the customer. If they got overcharged twice for something, I don’t think they’d be thrilled about being expected to wait 2 weeks for a refund. When I asked Andrea how is this acceptable, she laughed at me, condescendingly told me okay I’ll refund JUST YOU today, and then LITERALLY hung up on me! As if I’m the problem because I would like my money - that they double-charged - refunded! Nope. Done with this ridiculousness. Cancelling my account.

We apologize for the trouble you had. The second charge was not initiated by our company or its representatives. We alerted the credit card processing platform as well as the bank involved as soon as we became aware of the double charge issue. Both entities took considerable time investigating the problem to ensure appropriate and efficient corrective measures would be taken. Unfortunately, the issue was out of control. We too were forced to wait until they identified and corrected the issue.
