On August 21st of 2023 I had an issue with my timing chain on my 2016 ***** ******* because I had a warranty on my car. I had to go through a certain auto mechanic and Sabos was close to where I reside to go to them. The deductible for my warranty was 100 but it costed me $228 because they said something was wrong with my spark plugs, which I know I just changed and my solenoids. Right then I knew it should’ve been an issue, but I didn’t have a car for so long so whatever it’s done and I won’t be needing to go back so I’ll pay it. When I got the car back, I noticed the air conditioner wasn’t working like how it was blow speeds would fluctuate and that was never an issue. Backup camera was no longer working as well. Both of the two were never an issue before I originally took it in to get my engine replaced. Against my better judgment. I said whatever and ignored it. Fast forward a few weeks later on September 13 of 2023 I was leaving work and tried to start my car and it would not start. I immediately called them the next day and told them listen like the issue with my car not starting before was because of my timing chain which you guys fix so I don’t understand why it’s not starting and then I mentioned the back up camera and the air conditioner. They ended up towing it from my job and telling me now it was a starter that was the issue which is another $683.70. So now the starters fixed and maybe about two weeks later again on October 2 I ended up paying 262.98 because I’m leaving work and my car won’t start. They tow it from my job AGAIN and then tell me they don’t know why it’s not starting and I was charged for towing and a diagnostic. And then told me my AC is not working because my AC blower is damaged and it would cost 500 to replace. But everything that was broken was not broken when I originally brought it in for my engine replacement which even in that they didn’t so right.
