I went in on Aug. 9th for a hearing test. I noticed that they were advertising "concierge services" which is a real laugh. After going through the test I had to sit there for a long time because we were waiting for someone in their other office to send the prices over. The prices finally came and we agreed on a set that the insurance company would pay for with no co pay. Monday the 14th I received a voice mail that I needed to pay $200. I tried calling but all I got was their phone tree. I called again on Wednesday the 16th and spoke to a woman who I think said her name was Michelle. She seemed totally confused but took my name and promised someone would call me back. I waited until Thursday and no one called so I called again. A different woman answered, took my phone number so she could look up my record and then said that she had to talk to someone in the front office and hoped that they hadn't gone to lunch yet. I waited on hold for a long time and then she switched me over to their voicemail for some odd reason. I then hung up knowing that she had my phone number and figured she would call me back. Of course that never happened. She had all afternoon Thursday and today which is Friday and no callback. This is horrible customer service. I then filed a complaint with the insurance company and now have to go to a different place and get everything done all over again on Sept. 1st. What an inconvenience. I would suggest that no one uses this rinky dink company.
