      We hired JMS to convert a small attic bonus room into a master bathroom, as well as converting a very small bedroom into a main floor laundry room. This was no small feat, as it involved constructing a third story attic dormer. After having several contracting companies tell us it couldn't be done, JMS stepped up to complete our project at a very fair price. More over, their work passed many borough inspections with zero deficiencies. We can't recommend this company enough and are already planning another project that we plan to call JMS for next year.

      ***** and him team have been helping my clients with all their needs with stellar reviews.So when I asked him to build out my office, I had no worries They bent over backwards to accommodate all of my complicated and specific needs. The same crew came out MULTIPLE times to help knock out the small things.When the city inspection required tweaks to the build, *****'s team was out the same week to get everything to code.
