October 2, 2023 **************** ***** *********************************************************** ***** Tel: ************ Agentis Plumbing *********************************************** Tel: ************ Invoice No. ********** Dear Sir;This letter addresses the invoice I received on October 2, 2023, regarding work to be performed at my home on September 18, 2023. and the following day September 19, 2023.As a homeowner, I made the call, as what I thought or assumed to be a clogged drain. I assumed the water leaking in the basement was from a clogged drain. Per Tech's comment, "this was a Mistake", No, this was not a Mistake!I was told they only work on drain clogs and did not have the tools to remove sheetrock. The plumber stated they only charge for completed work. They do not charge if work is not done. The next day I had two plumbers show up to tackle the leak. I decided the bathroom was the best place to remove the sheetrock. I was informed before they began to remove sheetrock I would have to sign the computer log, which I did. I was informed at that time the charge to fix the leak would be Approximately two hundred seventy-five dollars.( $275.00) The repair could be less or could be more. (It is odd there is no mention in the invoice of the quoted $1800 dollars the tech verbally gave to me)to repair the cracked drain pipe. It took approximately two to five minutes to cut open the hole. 20 inches by 10 inches. With sheetrock was now removed and the drain pipe was exposed showing an 8 to 10-inch crack. Both plumber said they would take information and put it into their computer. It was more than twenty minutes later when the plumber gave me the price to remove the cracked pipe and replace it with new PVC Tubing. The price to remove and replace copper tubing with PVC is One Thousand Eight Hundred dollars! $1800.00 See photos of this Twelve-inch copper pipe. Please see the note on the invoice eight lines down stating "Tech gave him for repair. He is disputing the Diagnostic fee (275) that tech gave him". This is what you call the classic Bait and Switch! When I made the call, it was stated they do not charge for the home visit. they give you an estimate of what it will cost to repair the leak. Somehow they cut a hole in sheetrock and used that as a Diagnostic Fee. We already had it diagnosed. I was being charged $275 dollars to cut a two-minute hole into the sheetrock. Finally, I would like to state after watching ********** and clicking on how to remove and replace copper tubing and adding new PVC tubing to copper tubing with PROFLEX coupling, I was able to complete this job for under Fifty Dollars as opposed to Agentis estimate of $1800 dollars. Customer was informed of the $275 diagnostic fee which included the cutting of the sheetrock to see what was going on underneath. Customer was also informed that the service could cost less or more than this amount at the time of service. He did not want to proceed when we quoted a higher amount for further work to be done and refused to pay the $275 at the time of service. We moved forward with billing the customer this agreed upon amount and the customer has refused to pay. He has never been billed for any higher amount than what was originally agreed upon ($275).

The plumbers glued a pipe together that created an opening too small to connect my T heater. They returned at a later date and stated that as a result of the pipes they glued together they could not fix the jetted tub. Their customer support did not understand the problem and claimed that they tried to "do me a favor" by working on my jetted tub, which they do not repair. I politely requested a refund. Their plumber told me he did not remember making the repair and that he could not approve said refund. The customer service representative again did not understand the problem and said he would get back to me. The pipe they glued together made it more difficult to repair the original problem.
