  Complaint Summary Deluxe Plumbing & Heating / ************************ Installation Date: Nov 2023 Amount Paid: $33,000 In Nov 2023, I hired Deluxe Plumbing & Heating to install a new ** system. I provided a full floor plan to ensure proper setup. Despite that, they sent an unqualified manager who oversaw a poor installation. The ** unit is too small for the home, and the ductwork is a mess. Theres barely any airflow. It cant keep the house warm in winter, often failing to reach 72F even after hours of running. Most rooms dont have returns. The second floor has one small return, and the basement only has one supply. I reported the issues immediately. I was assured my money was safe with us and that I had a 2-year money-back guarantee. Several employees came, but nothing was fixed. Some even admitted the job was badly done and would need a full reinstallation. The owner later came, claimed it was fixedbut it wasnt. My electricity bill is now over $1,000/month because the system runs nonstop trying to compensate for its poor performance. I asked for a refund and removal of the system under the guarantee. The owner refused, saying he sold the company to ******. Now neither party takes responsibility. A certified inspector has since confirmed that the installation was poorly done and the system is not right for the house. I feel taken advantage of and want my $33,000 refunded so I can hire a qualified company to install a proper system. In the contract we have the terms: Money Back Guarantee Right Size Guarantee No Excuse Guarantee 2 Year "Test Drive" And this company is trying to get away with their promises and my money. They have been giving me the run around to make me go over the 2 years and lose my warranty, but its enough. I want my money ******** the company was bought by ************************, they are aware of what happened in my house, but they don't make the previous owner fix his mistake and they don't do Anything either.

  Very Impressed with this Company as this is my third review ! Shower Stall fixed with caulk to base….. a previous company had installed marble sheets but left a gap at the base, sadly. Deluxe Plumbing and Heating are going to do a proposal estimate for replacing existing stall. Always a pleasure doing business !

  Excellent Install of a MOEN Shower Head! Happy to know this company does it all including electric and caulking of showers! Will be having them back for other work !

  I love Deluxe Plumbing and Heating! Everyone is so friendly, professional, and highly skilled! I had AJ here this morning to do the biannual checkup of the HVAC system, and I couldn’t be happier. He was prompt, open, very clear in explaining what he would do, and the work was excellent! Thank you AJ. See you in the Spring ??

  I've had Deluxe Plumbing and Heating to my house on two occasions now. Installation of a new bathroom, changeout of all toilets, changeout of two other sinks/faucets. They are very courteous and considerate of your home, They carefully explain any situations they find, the options, and the cost. And then they do excellent work. The business also offers a whole panel of experts in the field to cover plumbing, heating, HVAC, electrical, and lining of old drainage pipes. Rest assured they do great work!

  The tech who came out, AJ Posivak, was awesome! He was professional and courteous. AJ diagnosed the issue and communicated to us what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. He did a great job!!!!
