    I signed a contract with BlueWay Pool Construction on 09/27/2021 giving a deposit of $1,000.00 to secure a dig date of 4/01/22. Said S****, owner of BlueWay Pool Construction, stated that the owner needed to apply for the permit at Pocono Township which was issued on October 18, 2021. After the permit was issued. BlueWay Pool Construction asked for 60% down to order supplies. On 10/23/21 a check was issued in the amount of $22,250.00. Come to realize later that the pool supplies were not ordered until 5/3/22 which delayed the dig and installation date. After several delays from the dig date, delivery of supplies and concrete pour the pool frame was finally installed. On 6/21/22 BlueWay Pool Construction requested an additional 30% in the amount of $10,000.00 to complete the pool excluding the patio decking. BlueWay Pool Construction threatened me that if I did not pay the additional 30% he would walk off the job so I agreed to pay and Said promised to return in 3 days to continue working on the pool and we would be swimming by 7/4/22. Needless to say, Said  did not keep his end of the bargain. After several calls and texts to BlueWay Pool Construction Said finally provided me with the Electrician number to schedule a day and time to hook up the pool heater, filter and pool light. On 7/20/22 the electrical was completed, the gas line was run and pool inspection was passed. 7/22/22 I reached back out to Said at Blue Way Pools to see when he would be out to backfill the pool and install the liner Said promised to be out the following week which never happened I have received many excuses from Said the last one was he had broken his foot and was in the hospital and would be by soon as he was out. I have not seen BlueWay Pool Construction since 6/21/22 there has been no communication from BlueWay Pool Construction and all of my telephone calls and text are being ignored. As of 9/2/22 90 BlueWay Pool Construction has received 90% of the fees and still no pool.
