    This business should be shit down! Customer service is severely flawed . I have been going to Bethlehem Skateaway for over 30 years and never had issues until this past year. The staff is very rude!! They make you sign a waiver every single time you go and have you wait in a line outside the establishment in the freezing cold up to an hour before going in and having to then pay the admission. When questioning why you have several accounts and having to sign another waiver the Owners daughter became angry and called the police. Many customers complain about there process and they are not open to hear any suggestions on improving the check in process. Not only did they cause an unnecessary call to police they belittled me in front of my children. I am truly disheartened how this establishment has changed over the years.
