    I order a patio door from Renewal by Anderson this Summer. I was told that they were very busy and I would have to till October until door was completed and ready for installation. Was told that door would be installed on October 18. The installers arrived and discovered the door was damaged. Was told by office that despite this issue being totally Anderson fault I would have to wait until December for new door, and they could do nothing to expedite. Called last week and was told would be installed today December 7 around 9:00 AM. Called yesterday to confirm and was insured they would be here. So for the second time moved furniture, removed wall hanging and molding. Received call this morning that they were not coming due to weather, even though it is under covered patio, and have cleared out area in garage for installers to work. Was told that there was nothing that could be done. So I requested to speak to manager. Was told they would call after they got out of morning meeting. At 11:30 got tired of waiting and contacted corporate and once again was nothing they could do and to contact local office. Customer service is nonexistent at Anderson past salesman promises. Anderson has clearly not lived up to contract me made I summer yet they have had our deposit money 1/3 of $10,000 price since summer. Still no door and no indication that Anderson that they will do anything to remedy situation.

    I had a consult and ordered 3 new windows in September 2021.I also had 3 windows that needed reframing. I put 700 down on the project that night.. I did not have the windows installed and reframing until April 2022. The consultant never told me outside awning would need to come off. When the guy came to measure the windows, he was late, but again did not look at the outside frames. I asked him if the awnings would be a problem. He didn't know. He said they most likely would have to come off at my expense or I could do it. 2 were 2nd floor windows. I couldn't get up there. The consultant emailed me a new contract saying I was responsible for removing the awnings. He did offer a rebate of the money for the reframing, but they needed to be redone. The amount offered was not much in comparison to the cost of the job. I agreed reluctantly and said so in my email back to Shawn W******. They came to install the windows and I was fairly pleased with their work. The one installer told me that I would receive a call to do a video walk through. The screens were not exactly flush in the bottom left corners. The bath window screen was installed from the outside. It has the gap on the bottom left corner. Not the weep hole. The bedroom window also. Had a woman come do a walk through. Voiced my concerns. She took pictures, as she saw what I saw. A man called and said they were up to their standards. About 2 grand a window and that is their standard? The bath screen cannot be taken out easily for me as it is higher than I can reach outside. The bedroom double hung also has the gap. I told the guy the screens were not ok. He said he'd put in a warranty case for the screens. He said they would not be in till August 22nd. Today is the 28th. No call or email. This should have been fixed immediately. I can't use screens that let bigger bugs or mice in. I have had to basically keep the windows closed all summer. I emailed him again tonight. I work 8 to 10 hour days. This should not be.
