    Frantz Plumbing LLC has very poor customer service and billing practices. Two employees arrived at my house late, appt at 7:30am, not 7:45am. They had to connect a garbage disposal and water line. When the job was complete. Vince stated because this is our first time here then the payment must be made up front. First, they have been here before, second, no bill/receipt was provided but a price was for $185.00. I asked what they take. check or credit card. Vince said either one. I received no receipt and that felt odd. So, I called their office at 7:15am on Dec. 14, 2022 to find out the policy on payment and spoke to Lisa. I explained to her what happened and she stated they are under new management so payments have to be made up front. I explained to her if they want payment up front then the plumbers need to have a receipt book for services rendered, supplies and time to provide the customer at the end of the job. I told her that this is not a good business practice to pay up front with no contract or receipt provided. Example, before you are seen by a doctor and pay your co-pay you know by insurance guidance what that price is before you pay it. If they want to stay in business then should change their business practice and not charge anything upfront and then send you a receipt through the mail after the fact. Lisa said she would relay the message to management. Doubt it seriously. They won't be in business long if they continue doing business this way. They already have 4.2 stars out out of 5. that will continue to go down if they don't make corrections. I will no longer use their services.
