I went to this place to find out what was causing a rash i was having. So the dermatologist took pictures, discussed some things and then performed a punch test done on my skin which required stitches and a follow up appt. to have them removed. So i go back to the follow up appt and they give me the results on the test then removed the stitches. The dermatologist sent in two scrips for me to help with the rash (which is why i went to see a dermatologist in the first place) areas as well as set me up with an appt. for a patch test in case it (the rash) came back or came back and was worse. The dermotologist then proceded to ask me if i had any questions. I said yes. Any idea how to stop the skin on the edge of my two fingers from splitting ? She said in her two minutes of service was to put vaseline on them after filing them with a file or emory board type device which would get rid of the dead skin and put a bandaid on them. I was told before the follow up appt and during that i would nkt have a copay to pay due to it being a follow appt to get punch test results n have the stitches/sutures removed. Needless to say i left knowing/thinking all is good. Low and behold i was charged with another copay which i believe was for the 2 minutes she discussed my finger issue with me.
