    On June 6, 2023, service was rendered to place large stones on slope and area was sprayed for weeds. However, on the day of service, work crew came on the day prior to agreed service date. Also crew went to my neighbors next door and began working in their yard until neighbor asked them what they were doing? He said to them who hired you? He told them you should be working next door and does she know you are here. They answered yes. But they were schedule to come on Wednesday, the following day because I worked on Tuesdays. They texted me after they began work to ask if they could part their truck in my driveway. I worked as a dental assistant and checked my phone and saw the text. I couldn't leave the job until lunch time. When I got there, the job was almost complete. The gentleman I attempted to communicate with didn't speak English. So I had to return to work. The other worker returned to my house after getting more stone. I asked him why he didn't cover the area with weed cloth because of the weed problem. He told me he didn't use weed cover. About 3 quarters of the job was complete to my dissatisfaction. He placed weed cloth on a small portion of the incomplete area. I told him and called the company and they refused to comply with adding weed cover to the uncovered area. I call the company at least 7 times complaining because weeds had already started. The came back and sprayed and placed more rocks, but to no avail. I am submitting this complaint only because a new landscaper I have doing work for me told me to contact the BBB.
